What if therapy could be a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out—you can simply show up as you are?
Reagan is a warm, compassionate therapist who believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and accepted. She strives to create a judgment-free space where clients can be their authentic selves, explore what they’re experiencing, and feel supported as they work toward meaningful change.
Reagan earned her Master of Social Work from Tulane University and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She has experience supporting adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and other life challenges.
Her approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Reagan believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and she works to meet each client where they are while helping them build insight, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want.
Reagan welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities and is proud to provide an affirming and inclusive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community. Above all, she wants clients to know that therapy is a space where they can feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Outside of therapy, Reagan enjoys listening to music, playing sports, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
