Hi, I’m Emily!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who believes therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, feel understood, and know you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity exploration, and major life changes. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and individuals and couples who practice ethical non-monogamy or polyamory. I have experience working with children (starting at age 3), teens, adults, and couples.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I use approaches including CBT and ACT to help you understand what you’re experiencing better, develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and make changes that feel meaningful to you.
I especially enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen communication, build trust, and navigate challenges while honoring each person’s needs and values.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are and work toward feeling more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
