Marsha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem issues, body image concerns, emotional eating, and eating disorders. She is especially passionate about creating a supportive and affirming space for Black women and women of color, helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), IFS-informed care, mindfulness, and culturally responsive approaches, Marsha partners with clients to better understand patterns that may be holding them back while building practical skills for lasting change. Her warm, authentic, and collaborative style fosters a safe environment where healing, resilience, self-acceptance, and personal growth can flourish.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Marsha enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
