Olivia believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, and adults can slow down, explore what they’re going through, better understand themselves, and build the confidence to move forward.
Olivia works with adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, identity and self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. She enjoys supporting adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of what comes next, as well as those navigating changes in relationships, work, family, identity, or other stages of life. Olivia also has a special passion for working with adoptees and individuals impacted by foster care, recognizing the unique experiences that can shape identity, attachment, relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Olivia’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. With adults and adolescents, Olivia provides space for honest conversations, self-discovery, and personal growth while helping clients develop tools they can use in everyday life. With children, she incorporates play, art, games, and creative activities to make therapy engaging, developmentally appropriate, and meaningful while collaborating with parents and caregivers when appropriate.
Olivia understands that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your teen, or your child. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Her goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very first session and create a relationship where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Olivia believes therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are—it’s about understanding yourself, recognizing your strengths, navigating challenges with greater confidence, and creating a life that feels meaningful to you.
