Lorene is committed to walking alongside clients as they regain a sense of stability, reconnect with their values, and shape a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with who they are becoming.
Guided by a multicultural and values-based lens, Lorene meets clients exactly where they are. She integrates CBT, DBT, and culturally responsive interventions to help individuals deepen their understanding of themselves, clarify what matters most to them, and build the skills needed to move toward the life they want.
