I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker who takes an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in psychodynamic and evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I meet clients where they are at with warmth and a deep respect for their unique process. I believe that through collaborative exploration, you can gain insight into your patterns and create space for more connection, clarity, and self-understanding.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and finds creative fulfillment through photography and art.
