About Burgess Rye
Burgess is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and is committed to walking alongside them through every step of their journey. He currently works with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, spiritual conflicts, and addiction. His therapeutic approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Before entering the counseling field, Burgess spent nearly a decade in education and church ministry, where he trained and mentored students and athletes in various aspects of personal growth and life development. He brings that same heart for guidance and transformation into his counseling work today. Burgess lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife, Morgan, and their daughter, Ellie.
