About Lauren Netzel
Lauren graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s in Social Work, with a focus on mental health and trauma. She uses an emotionally focused, trauma-informed approach and integrates CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs in a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space, and is affirming of all neurotypes and LGBTQ+ identities. Outside of her clinical work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her five pets, being outdoors, and engaging in movement and self-care.
