I help thoughtful, emotionally attuned people navigate change, uncertainty, and the parts of life that can feel hard to carry alone. Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, grief, identity, school or work stress, family dynamics, or simply the feeling that there has to be more than surviving day to day, therapy can be a place to pause, make sense of what you’re feeling, and move forward with greater clarity.
My practice is affirming, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that you deserve to be understood without having to edit yourself. I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, people navigating OCD, grief and loss, and those in non-traditional or non-normative relationships. I also enjoy working with men who want to better understand their emotions, build more meaningful connections, and redefine strength in a way that feels authentic rather than performative.
I have experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families through emotional, academic, relational, and life-transition challenges. Growing up in Norway and traveling to more than 40 countries has also shaped the way I approach therapy: with curiosity, cultural humility, and respect for the many ways people understand identity, belonging, family, and meaning.
I draw from evidence-based approaches while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The most meaningful change often begins with a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. We will work collaboratively to find strategies that fit you—your needs, values, strengths, and goals.
Therapy with me is thoughtful, affirming, and intentionally paced. Together, we can make room for the things you have been holding inside, build practical tools for the present, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
