Many of the individuals, couples, and families I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they want to change. Couples may find themselves having the same arguments, struggling to communicate their needs, feeling disconnected, or wanting to rebuild trust and emotional intimacy. Families may be navigating parenting or co-parenting challenges, strained parent-child relationships, or significant life transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive, but also purposeful. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication and emotional awareness, and build practical tools that create meaningful change and stronger connections.
With over 15 years of experience as a therapist and clinical leader, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, parents, and co-parents. I am especially passionate about couples and family work, strengthening attachment, helping couples reconnect, rebuilding trust and communication, reconnecting parent-child relationships, and navigating parenting and co-parenting dynamics. My goal is to help couples and families better understand the patterns impacting their relationships while developing healthier ways of connecting with one another.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each couple and family. I draw from Family Systems Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method-informed interventions, attachment-based approaches, and play-based and parent-child interventions. Whether you are seeking support for your relationship or your family, I want therapy to be a place where you feel seen, supported, and more connected and confident moving forward.
