I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted—without judgment. Building a trusting relationship is at the heart of my work, and I’m committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, stress, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling with difficult emotions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you take the next step with confidence and hope.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, strengthen emotional resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported and encouraged to grow.
Whether you’re working through a difficult season or striving to build a healthier, more balanced life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting well-being.
