That’s why I take an integrative, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of my clients.
My therapeutic style draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic therapy.
