My goal as a therapist is to create an inclusive, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful growth and change. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, school concerns, boundaries, and major life transitions.
When working with children and teens, I like to make therapy engaging by incorporating their interests through games, art, play, and other creative approaches. I also enjoy working with college students, first-generation students, neurodivergent clients, and individuals exploring identity, relationships, and personal growth.
I am especially passionate about serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities and helping make mental health care feel accessible, affirming, and culturally responsive. My approach is person-centered, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and holistic. I want clients to feel welcomed, understood, and supported while also being encouraged and held accountable to the goals that matter most to them.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. También ofrezco terapia en español para niños, adolescentes y adultos que buscan apoyo con ansiedad, TDAH, trauma, estrés, relaciones y otros desafíos de la vida.
