I work with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or a major life change, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, and reconnect with what matters most.
My approach is heart-centered and authentic. I specialize in working with adults facing PTSD and CPTSD, life transitions, aging challenges, shame, and self-esteem issues. Therapy with me is about slowing down, getting honest, and gently digging beneath the surface to help you better understand yourself, and find a way through.
I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and use a blend of Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. I believe that all parts of you, even the ones you don’t like, or try to hide, deserve to be heard, and I’ll help you make space for those parts with curiosity and compassion.
Before becoming a therapist, I’ve spent over two decades involved in personal development work through Victories of the Heart, a men’s organization focused on emotional growth. That experience inspired my later-in-life shift into the counseling world and continues to shape my commitment to deep, meaningful work with clients.
Outside of sessions, I’m a music lover, hiker, kayaker, stand-up comedy fan, and avid cigar enthusiast. I value balance, perspective, and the importance of finding joy, even in the middle of hard things.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again—or maybe (re)discover who that person really is—I’d be honored to support you in that process.
