Some seasons of life feel heavier than others, especially when you’re carrying pain from the past, navigating family conflict, or questioning your identity. I’m here to help you explore those challenges with compassion, curiosity, and a belief in your capacity to heal.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, religious trauma, attachment wounds, and LGBTQ+ related concerns (including gender dysphoria and sexual orientation exploration). I’m especially passionate about supporting people who feel stuck in patterns they’re ready to break, whether in relationships, family systems, or within themselves.
My approach is holistic and client-centered, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Together, we’ll create a space where you can process emotions, strengthen your sense of self, and take steps toward the life you want. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about uncovering the strengths you already have and learning how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and capturing the beauty of everyday life through photography. I also love curling up in a cozy coffee shop with a good book (a holdover from my barista days).
Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating big transitions, or searching for a stronger sense of self, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow.
