About Ariane Raines

Ariane believes therapy should be a place where you can show up as your whole, authentic self. She takes a collaborative, strength-based approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them recognize the strengths they already have. Her background is rooted in family systems, and she draws from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, IFS-informed, and solution-focused approaches. Ariane believes there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy and enjoys finding what works best for each person. And then there’s Butterscotch! 🐾 Her therapy dog brings extra comfort, connection, and a little comic relief to the therapy room.
