Mariah is an energetic and open-minded therapist with a passion for advocacy and education. She has facilitated discussions and workshops on topics including self-care, stress management, consensual non-monogamy, body image, healthy relationships, sexual assault awareness, etc.
Mariah holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Scranton and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She works with teens and adults, and finds fulfillment in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients move at their own pace through life’s challenges with a touch of humor. She draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individuals in reaching their wellness goals.
Outside of work, Mariah enjoys baking cookies, reading novels, skiing, and exploring new places near and far.
