Clarisse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in the resiliency and strength of each person and works from a strengths-based perspective and a person-centered approach. She uses a multi-faceted approach with her clients to find the best therapeutic interventions to help them reach their goals. Clarisse uses a variety of therapies to help match clients with the type of experience they are looking for. She treats a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, and substance abuse. She works with young and older adults and also specialized in holistic strategies to include: meditation, yoga, and breath work. She assists clients in utilizing mindfulness-based tools to bring healing and restoration of self.
