I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can show up as your whole self—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out.
My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I tailor our work to you. Everyone’s story is different, and I believe your therapy should be, too. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, identify the strengths you already carry, and explore tools and strategies that can help you feel more empowered and confident in your life.
I want you to know that you don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out. Maybe you’re going through a difficult transition, feeling stuck, struggling with anxiety or stress, working through past experiences, or simply feeling like you want more for yourself. Whatever brings you here, I’m here to meet you where you are.
As a wife, mother of five daughters, grandmother, and dog mom to three very spoiled dogs, I understand that life can be messy, busy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming—all at the same time. I value authenticity, connection, humor, and the little moments that make life meaningful. I bring that same genuine and compassionate approach into my work with clients.
Most importantly, I believe that change is possible. You don’t have to navigate your journey alone. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and create a life that feels more fulfilling and true to who you are.
Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
