I’m Katy Eustis, MSW, LSW, a social worker specializing in harm reduction and trauma-informed care. I work with youth, young adults, and parents of adult children, offering client-centered counseling to support healing and growth. I provide individual and group therapy, using harm reduction and trauma-focused techniques to address issues like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and domestic violence. I also offer couples counseling to improve communication and trust. In my free time, I enjoy art, movies, sharing music, and hiking with my corgi, Phoebe.
I specialize in helping individuals explore and integrate their inner experiences through a combination of psychodynamic therapy and creative approaches. By fostering a safe, non-judgmental space, I work with clients to uncover unconscious patterns, navigate life transitions, and build a more cohesive sense of self.
I understand that life can bring challenges, and sometimes we need support to navigate them. Whether you’re dealing with personal struggles or relationship issues, I offer a space to explore emotions, gain insight, and foster growth. In couples counseling, I help partners improve communication and strengthen their connection.
