She has her master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and extensive experience in addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management. She integrates a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to provide a holistic and effective approach to mental wellness.
