Hi, I’m Lauryn! I am energized by the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they discover more free, connected, and grounded ways of navigating life. I hold a Master of Family Therapy and am supervised by a fully licensed therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families on a variety of concerns. I am most passionate about supporting couples and families struggling with communication and differences of perspective, perinatal issues, clients navigating OCD and anxiety, and individuals hoping to improve their self-esteem. I primarily operate from the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) modality, incorporating Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as needed.
