About Calesta Harrison
New to the team! Calesta is honored to walk alongside clients in Ann Arbor as they navigate personal growth, healing, and greater well-being. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, grief, and life changes. She has a special interest in women’s mental health.
She believes therapy is a collaborative journey that honors each person’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for growth. Her approach is client-centered, wellness-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic therapy—exploring how past experiences and relationships shape life today.
Calesta tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, drawing on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body-based) therapy, and expressive arts. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel heard and supported while building insight, resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful, lasting change.
