Hannah believes the true foundation of healing is genuine, imperfect human connection. She is deeply dedicated to honoring each client’s unique perspectives, needs, and goals and encourages them to come as they are (as she plans to do the same). Hannah works across the lifespan with school-aged children, teens, adults, and families. A military “brat,” Hannah especially enjoys working with veterans, veteran families, and first responders. She embraces our LGBTQ+ community and creates a space of safety and support for all who share in her space.
New clients choosing to work with Hannah can expect a meaningful, unpolished approach to therapy abundant with warmth, humor, gentle accountability, and forgiveness. She engages clients in trauma-informed approaches, attachment-based therapies, CBT, and DBT strategies to create meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, Hannah seeks out fun ways to challenge herself, from trying out what she’s learning on Duolingo to embarking on the long, humbling journey to becoming a runner. She is a self-proclaimed foodie (suggestions welcome!), lifelong learner, traveler, and social butterfly. Her favorite people call her daughter, sister, and friend.
