Therapy can be one of the hardest steps to take, especially after carrying life’s challenges alone for a long time. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, Tammy understands how difficult it can be to take that first step toward healing. She provides a compassionate and supportive space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in difficult patterns, challenged by intrusive thoughts, or unsure of how to move forward.
Tammy works with individuals navigating substance use concerns, trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, and gender identity-related concerns. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, flexible, and individualized to each client’s needs. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients better understand their experiences, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.
With more than 18 years of experience, Tammy brings extensive knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. She believes clients do not have to feel completely ready before beginning therapy. Tammy meets clients where they are, walks alongside them through difficult experiences, and supports them in addressing the barriers standing in their way. Her goal is to help each client feel more capable, confident, and empowered in their ability to move forward.
