About Kayla Elzie
As a clinical social worker, I strive to reconnect individuals with their authentic selves through inclusive, eclectic and affirming therapy. As a proud member of both the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating identity, unmasking, and life as a late-identified neurodivergent person. I understand how complex, beautiful, and challenging that journey can be.
My therapeutic style is eclectic—I believe no single approach works for everyone. Together, we’ll create a personalized mosaic of care that fits who you are and what you need. I integrate Geek Therapy principles and continually work to decolonize my practice to make therapy a more inclusive and empowering space.
I’m sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming of LGBTQ+ and ENM identities.
I show up as my genuine self so that you can feel safe showing up as yours—fidgets, laughter, and the occasional curse word included! We will work together to get back to, or discover, your most authentic self!
