About Robert Tsai
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have helped clients address their depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, parenting struggles, self-esteem, and many other issues.
As an immigrant, I feel an enhanced understanding of cultural dynamics. I use individualized approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), integrative, multicultural, to post-modern techniques in addressing clients’ needs.
I would love to help clients embrace positive change, build meaningful connections and rediscover joy. I believe in supporting clients to develop cognitive and emotional skills, enhance self-awareness, reach their full potential and navigate life’s challenges. I hope to help guide you toward healing, fulfillment, and a stronger sense of self.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, snowboarding, playing guitar, and listening to music.
