We each possess unique strengths and values that shape who we are. As your therapist, my goal is to help you access those strengths to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. With a background in neuroscience and 8 years of clinical experience, I work with adolescents through older adults and have supported those affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and Functional Neurological Disorder. I also focus on relationships, women’s health, academic distress, and queer mental health. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where clients feel seen and understood in the fullness of their identity.
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique story, needs, and goals. Grounded in neuroscience, my approach is eclectic and client-centered. I draw from ACT, Narrative Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS, feminist theory, and trauma-informed somatic practices. Together, we explore values, identity, internal parts, and the mind-body connection.
My role is to walk alongside you as a collaborator and supporter. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and present-day challenges at your own pace. Together, we’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and resilience while building greater self-understanding and well-being.
