Victoria is a bilingual therapist who speaks English and Greek and values the important role that culture, identity, family, and relationships can play in shaping how we understand ourselves and experience the world. She strives to create a space where clients can bring all parts of themselves and feel genuinely seen, understood, and respected.
Victoria believes that one of the most meaningful parts of therapy is the relationship built between therapist and client. Her approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. She wants therapy to feel like a genuine conversation. She brings curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and humor into her work. Victoria strives to meet clients with warmth and without judgment and works alongside clients to help them reach their goals.
Victoria earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She has experience navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, self-esteem and body image concerns, family challenges, and stress across the lifespan. Her approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered approaches. Victoria balances exploring the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped a person with practical tools that can help clients navigate challenges in their everyday lives.
Outside of the therapy room, Victoria enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, being near the water, discovering new places, and, of course, finding good food.
