My name is Daria, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have been practicing social work for 12 years, with experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, school-based counseling, and drug and alcohol treatment services. My style of therapy is providing person-centered care that empowers clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and work toward their personal goals. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout their journey no matter where they are starting. My professional background includes training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I incorporate into my work to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
