Jonah Manela is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. He earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and is passionate about helping clients build confidence, emotional resilience, and healthy coping skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Jonah has clinical experience in a hospital setting, where he provided individual counseling, developed treatment plans, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic mental health care. His therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focusing on helping each individual feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the healing process.
While Jonah enjoys supporting clients through a variety of life’s challenges, he especially enjoys working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, and mood-related concerns. He strives to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and reach their fullest potential.
Jonah looks forward to supporting clients and families on their journey toward growth, healing, and emotional wellness.
