Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, life transitions, or thoughts of suicide, I provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can speak openly and begin moving toward healing.
As a U.S. Army veteran and clinical social worker, I understand that strength isn’t about facing everything aloneāit’s about having the courage to ask for support when you need it. I work with adolescents and adults to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and psychoeducation to help you build healthy coping skills, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make progress at a pace that feels right for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
