As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Time-Limited Psychodynamic Therapy, helping adults better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. I have a special passion for working with Asian American adults, older adults, young adults, and individuals experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.
I recognize that our relationships, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences all play an important role in our mental health, and I strive to provide care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to your unique story. Whether you’re dealing with stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you feel empowered, connected to your values, and equipped with the skills to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I offer a comprehensive approach to address a wide range of issues. There is emphasis on collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, gain self-awareness, and develop lasting changes. I am here whenever you’re ready.
