I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy is most effective when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach and incorporate compassion, creativity, humor, and empathy into my work. I strive to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up authentically, explore challenges at your own pace, and develop practical skills that support meaningful, lasting growth.
I am passionate about helping clients build confidence in their voice, navigate life transitions, strengthen emotional well-being, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I value creating a space where you feel empowered rather than judged, and where vulnerability, authenticity, and humor can coexist. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, creative interventions, and Disability Rights Advocacy.
With over eight years of experience, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families across individual therapy, family therapy, intensive group settings, and services supporting high-risk youth. I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy all things creative, particularly art projects, crafting, and experimenting with new baking recipes. I value humor, authenticity, and connection and bring those qualities into my work with clients every day.
