If someone has been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or as if they’re just getting through the day, Jesselyn wants them to know they don’t have to face it alone. Anxiety, low self-esteem, identity questions, or substance use may begin to feel heavy, affecting relationships and one’s sense of self. Jesselyn’s goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and affirming space where individuals can bring their whole selves without judgment. Together, she and her clients can explore what they’re carrying, make sense of the challenges in their way, and gently reconnect them with their strengths, hopes, and the life they want to create.
Jesselyn is a Filipina-American Associate Therapist who supports teens, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, identity, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
She understands that life can feel heavy with pressures, pain, or disconnection—but no one has to go through it alone. Jesselyn’s goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can heal from the past, build insight, and develop tools to move forward with greater strength, self-acceptance, and hope for the future.
