Maddy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who is passionate about working with individuals to help them through life’s challenges. Maddy obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph.
Maddy uses a warm, strengths based approach with her clients as well as evidence based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She enjoys using collaboration, mindfulness based interventions, and a lot of humor, fun and creativity in sessions.
