About Anthony Basilovecchio
Anthony is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes that to live fully is to feel loved and connected. He views many mental health challenges as arising from disruptions in that sense of connection. Just as a physical injury requires care to heal, Anthony believes emotional healing also deserves attention, compassion, and support.
Anthony earned his Master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Jefferson University. He approaches his work through a social-context and strength-based lens, providing diagnosis and treatment for individuals, couples, and families.
He is trained in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and a variety of other evidence-based practices. Regardless of the specific approach, Anthony’s priority is to create a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing, growth, and resilience.
In his work, Anthony emphasizes curiosity, openness, and collaboration. He believes that therapy is a shared journey—one where both therapist and client learn from each other and move together toward greater connection, emotional balance, and fulfillment.
