I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Since 2017, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in residential homes, community agencies, outpatient facilities, and private practice. I strive to create a warm, safe, and inviting space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I specialize in working with clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and ADHD. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to empower clients to build resilience, gain clarity, and make meaningful change. I also support parents and caregivers, helping families strengthen understanding, connection, and healthy communication.
I work with clients ages 7–60, including children, teens, adults, and families, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds. I value humor, curiosity, and flexibility in therapy, and I believe moments of lightness can help us feel safe and empowered throughout the healing process.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy gardening, tending to my plants, and practicing yoga—practices that remind me of the importance of patience, balance, and self-care. I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
