About Lauren Neumann
Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. She believes therapy should be a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Drawing from experience in school-based settings, day treatment programs, and intensive outpatient care, Lauren has worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. She has a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and helping clients better understand how their brains work while building confidence and self-compassion along the way.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys catching beach sunsets with her partner and dog, practicing yoga, getting lost in a good thriller novel, and unwinding with music- whether she’s playing piano or guitar, or listening to her indie folk favs.
