As a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate intern, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, connection, and healing. I create a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. My work focuses on intimacy counseling, trauma recovery, and geriatric therapy, helping clients of all ages and relationship types deepen their connection to self, improve communication, and reclaim safety in their bodies and partnerships. I also work with first responders and high-stress professionals. Drawing from systemic, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients foster meaningful change, reconnect with their authentic selves, and embrace their capacity for growth.
