Chatham is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and outpatient therapist who provides trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples. She holds a master’s degree in clinical social work with a focus on mental health and trauma from the University of Denver, as well as a master’s degree in philosophy and cultural studies from the State University of New York. Her integrative approach blends trauma-focused, evidence-based modalities with psychodynamic principles to help clients explore emotional patterns, attachment styles, and relational dynamics.
Chatham specializes in working with individuals and couples navigating concerns such as trauma and complex trauma (C/PTSD), anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, personality-related challenges, and relationship distress. She offers both in-person and telehealth services, creating a thoughtful, collaborative space that supports insight, healing, and meaningful change.
Before entering clinical practice, Chatham was a professor of contemporary philosophy, a background that informs her reflective and depth-oriented therapeutic style. Her work centers on fostering resilience, self-understanding, and healthier connections with self and others.
