Erica’s goal is to develop genuine, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships, meeting individuals exactly where they are to support them through tier unique journeys. Working from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective she integrates evidence-based practices and is trained in EMDR, a specialized modality for treating trauma.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 11 years of experience in the field, Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her diverse background spans child-welfare, community-based, home-based, residential, school and outpatient setting. While she has worked with youth, couples and families, her current practice focused primarily on the adult population, supporting clients navigating trauma, substance use, relationship challenges and everyday life stressors.
