About Nathaly Sanchez
Nathaly is a therapist dedicated to creating a safe space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. By being authentic and genuine, she encourages clients to bring their whole selves to the process. She believes therapy is not a one-size-fits-all and prioritizes making clients feel safe, seen, and heard. With experience supporting clients across all lifespans facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, severe mental illness, life transitions, trauma, and chronic illnesses, she integrates professional knowledge and personal insight. Nathaly’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered.
Nathaly earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Outside of therapy, she enjoys concerts, music, and spending time with her chihuahua.
