About Nina Judd
Nina is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern University in 2020. She is passionate about supporting clients as they work toward meaningful change, healing, and personal growth.
Nina has experience working in adult outpatient settings, providing individual, couples, and family therapy. She works with clients navigating challenges such as interpersonal relationship concerns, self-confidence issues, substance use and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and trauma.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Nina believes that lasting change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space rooted in acceptance, authenticity, and understanding. She values the thoughtful use of humor and genuine connection, helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
