Jennifer creates an emotionally safe and supportive space to help clients to live authentically and to pursue joy. She sees adults 17+, and couples. For couples counseling, she utilizes Gottman and emotionally-focused techniques to improve communication, manage conflict, and re-connect. She helps clients improve self-esteem, boundaries and assertiveness skills, depression or anxiety. She enjoys working with clients to improve emotional regulation and build the capacity to feel grounded within their own lives and thrive. She has additional experience working with troubled relationships of the past and present, trauma, ADHD, complex grief, and existential issues, and chronic medical issues. She is an ally for affirming and culturally competent care for the BIPOC and LBTQIA+ communities. All relationship structures welcome.
In her free time, Jennifer loves watching movies, exploring museums and new cities, reading about culture and history, singing and playing her ukulele.
