Sydney Baranski, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. She brings a deep commitment to supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults as they navigate stress, crises, identity development, major life transitions, and the ups and downs of being human.
Sydney specializes in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those feeling “stuck” in life decisions. Her therapeutic style is genuine, warm, goal-oriented, and person-centered. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices, while always centering her clients’ unique values, story, and lived experience.
Sydney believes that therapy isn’t about “fixing” because you are not broken—it’s about shedding the weight you’ve been carrying and building confidence to move forward with clarity and purpose. She offers a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can let your guard down, explore what’s holding you back, and step into a more empowered version of yourself—at your own pace and on your own terms.
