Deeply attuned to the ways culture, race, and lived experience shape a person’s story, Ashley is skilled at helping clients explore these layers with sensitivity and confidence.
Ashley uses an integrative, strengths‑based style that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution‑focused techniques. Her goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
Born and raised in New York City, Ashley brings a deep appreciation for the diversity of identities and communities that shape the world around her. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Africana Studies from Stony Brook University. Her clinical experience spans individuals from a wide range of cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Outside the therapy room, Ashley enjoys painting, roller skating, and discovering new restaurants across the city.
