About Cindy Badger

Cindy (she/her) earned her Master’s in Social Work at George Mason University and provides trauma-informed, compassionate, client-centered care. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with experience supporting veterans, military families, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating life transitions.

Cindy creates a safe, supportive environment for clients to build resilience and foster growth. She believes healing happens best in a safe and creative space, and incorporates play and expressive therapies to help clients explore their inner world in ways that feel natural and empowering. Her approach blends empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies to help clients reach meaningful goals.
