About Judy Waweru
I’m Judy, a licensed associate counselor, and I am here to support you in your healing process, your goals, and to provide a safe space to process your emotions, thoughts and experiences. I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, obsessiveness, relationship challenges, fears & grudges, and also offer social skills development, career counseling and more. I obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and had the privilege of receiving international counseling training in South Africa. I use an eclectic approach to counseling in order to be flexible to my client’s needs. I look forward to helping you on your journey and I await to see your growth and restoration. In my free time I enjoy travelling to different countries and resting at home.
