Alexandra is a compassionate and empathetic mental health counselor who is passionate about supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Boston. Alexandra’s clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including in-home services and outpatient care, where she has worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationships and life transitions. She values working with clients from diverse backgrounds and understands the importance of meeting each person where they are in their healing journey.
Alexandra tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She believes therapy is a collaborative process and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where every identity and experience is respected.
Above all, Alexandra considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they build on their strengths, discover new insights, and work toward lasting healing, growth, and meaningful change.
Alexandra is also a First Responder Treatment Provider, working with law enforcement, fire service, EMS, and dispatch.
